The children in year 1 had a fantastic Maths week!

The children in year 1 had a fantastic Maths week! They practiced tens and the ones using coins and then they enjoyed ordering the cute little dinosaurs in pairs, using ordinal numbers. Following on, they enjoyed rolling the humongous dice and jumping like monkeys from one shape to the other. The children were then able to take turns and groove on the footsteps counting back from 20 and blasting off at zero. Finally, they used playdough and created fantastic number sentences. Well done Year 1’s we are so proud of you!
